Check Mode and Testing 

Estimates the State of Health of each battery using dedicated technical test equipment.
If a battery reaches 80% of its rated capacity it is considered to be acceptable.

Battery Measurement and Analysis 

An Analysis Cycle is undertaken using dedicated technical test equipment to determine the milliampere-hour (mAh) reading and then compared to the batteries rating.  A detailed report is then generated. 

Free Health Check 

A FREE Health Check is provided with a maintenance contract on your existing population of batteries (includes testing at 1 customer site or Return to Base (RTB)) 

Battery Conditioning

Condition Mode (Ni-Cad batteries only)

Restores a Ni-Cad battery to its highest potential capacity (80% minimum).  This is undertaken prior to the above Analysis Cycle.

Plastics and Connectors

Battery plastics and connectors will be inspected for structural integrity and functionality.

Disposal

If a tested battery's capacity is less than 80%, the failing battery can be disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner in accordance with the EU directive WEEE (2002/96/EC)
