Business Electronic Waste Recycling

Ryzex is a trusted partner for the certified destruction of equipment, and recycling of base components, through facilities registered with government regulators and independent monitoring groups. Through Ryzex, you get:

• Recycling of ADC, barcoding and non-ADC equipment (including computers, servers, laptops, cell phones, fax machines and more) for Ryzex customers.
• Fee-based recycling of e-waste for non-Ryzex customers (view what we accept)

• Downstream confidence – Your electronic waste will be responsibly managed in either North America or Europe and not in the third world where it is often the cause of significant environmental problems.

Electronic Waste Recycling for Communities/Local Government and Solid Waste Collectors

We partner with communities and collectors to remove electronic devices from the waste stream. Our program simplifies the process:

1. The collector defrays the cost of recycling with a per-piece charge for monitors, printers, CPUs and other electronic wastes
2. We recycle and dispose of the collected material with certified facilities

Battery Recycling

Ryzex will recycle your exhausted rechargeable batteries for free. For safety place each battery in a separate plastic bag so they will not create a fire hazard during shipping, and ship them to us freight paid.

We accept the following battery types for recycling: Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd) Nickel Hydride (Ni-MH) Lithium Ion (Li-ion) Small Sealed Lead (Pb) - 2lbs or less. We do not accept batteries that are not chargeable: Alkaline Lithium

Zero Waste Consulting

In 2005, Ryzex committed it’s Bellingham facility to a Zero Waste policy that, in its first year alone, saved approximately 144,000 pounds of material from the landfill. Our efforts have earned us numerous recognitions, including inclusion in Inc. Magazine’s first “Green 50” list of the nation’s most environmentally responsible companies.
