Customized Spares Pool:
A large installation base and timely return of your product are the top two criteria for consideration of our customized spares program. As you well know, turnaround times can vary with both time and materials as well as contract agreements and a broken unit may be out of action for as much as ten days while you wait for a depot repair.

Now, with our customized spares program, Ryzex offers you the option of using your own custom spares pool located at your facility. Upon signing your initial service contract with Ryzex, we’ll analyze your typical failure rates and include a spare pool of the product under contract. When your equipment goes down, you simply grab a spare from your onsite spare pool, place the broken unit in the box, ship it to Ryzex and we’ll repair it like always.

Once your equipment is repaired and back in working order, we’ll ground ship it back to you. Your spare pool is replenished, and you’ve eliminated downtime.

With our customized spares offering, you can:

Our customized spares option is also a great alternative to onsite service, in particular if you are located in a rural area. Currently, 24 hour onsite response time is not available if you are located 50 miles outside a major metropolitan area. There’s also no guarantee that when a technician shows up, that the parts will be available to adequately fix your equipment. With our customized spares option you eliminate the guesswork and simply use a spare from your pool.

1. Your printer/scanner goes down
2. You pull a spare from your own customized on site spare pool
3. You send the broken unit to Ryzex
4. We fix the unit and send it back for you replenish your pool.
