If you would like to establish credit, please fill out Ryzex Inc.’s credit application and fax the completed form to 360-738-2358 or email credit@ryzex.com.  Please make sure your credit application is completely filled out to avoid any delays in processing.

If you are tax exempt, please make sure the appropriate tax exemption or multi-jurisdiction form is completed and either faxed or emailed to credit.

Payment terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice.
Payment by Check: Remit-to address is listed on all invoices.
Payment by Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted in both US and Canadian funds.
EFT Payments: Please call to receive bank information.
