Extended Health Benefits and Wellness

• Medical/Vision: Our plan provides you extended healthcare and vision coverage (no deductible).
• Dental: Extended dental coverage and no deductible for preventive treatments, such as exams 
• Wellness: We offer smoking cessation, reimbursement toward gym membership, yoga or other alternative means of wellness, and encourage participation in our online wellness program that rewards healthy behavior and choices.

Vacation and Holidays 

• Paid Vacation Time: We offer a great vacation benefit to eligible team members, after 90 days of employment. 
• Flexible Time Off: Another paid time off benefit intended to be used in situations involving team member illness, doctor’s appointments, or other personal reasons.
• Holidays: Regular full-time team members, who have completed 90-days of employment, will receive the statutory holidays.

Family Security

• Group Life Insurance: Offered to all full-time employees.
• Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D): Pays twice the basic group life amount.

Financial Security

• RRSP Employer Match: You control your retirement savings contributions and how they're invested into your personal RRSP.  Ryzex provides a discretionary employer match annually, to help encourage and support team members with their retirement savings and personal RRSP.
