Read This Terms of Use Agreement Before Accessing Website.

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Ryzex Inc, its affiliates and agents (“Ryzex”). By accessing, browsing or using this Website and other websites of Ryzex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

Ryzex may, without notice to you, at any time modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use and any other information contained in this website by updating this posting. Ryzex may also make improvements and/or changes in the products, services or programs described in this site at any time without notice. Ryzex is providing User with materials and services, available for your access and use subject to the Terms of Use. "Materials" means all information, data, documents (e.g. white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, etc.), communications, downloads, files, text, images, photographs, graphics, videos, webcasts, publications, content, tools, resources, software, code, programs and products made available or enabled via the site by Ryzex or users of this site. "Services" means all services and resources offered or enabled via the site by Ryzex and Users of this site, including download areas, customer support tools services, account logins, product and other information services and communications services such as bulletin boards, calendars, chat areas, communities, e-mail, forums, newsgroups, personal webpages, and other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others.
User must provide (1)  all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for User’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Ryzex, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of User’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by User, or other user of the Service using User’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.


9.  Modifications and Interruption to Service

Ryzex reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the User. Ryzex shall not be liable to User or any third party should Ryzex exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. User acknowledges and accepts that Ryzex does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.


10.  Third-Party Sites

Our website may include links or references to other non-Ryzex sites and resources on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties.  Ryzex makes no representations, warranties or other commitments whatsoever about any non-Ryzex websites or third-party resources that may be referenced, accessible from or linked to any Ryzex site. 12.  Governing Jurisdiction of the Courts Washington

Our website is operated in the State of Washington.  As such, we are subject to the laws of the State Washington, and such laws will govern this Terms of Use, without giving effect to any choice of law rules.  We make no representation that our website or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations.  Accordingly, if you choose to access our site you agree to do so subject to the internal laws of the State of Washington.

16.  Other Terms

If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.  You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Ryzex, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.  This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a User.  User agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, User is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement .
