    Project Deployment


    After developing (or updating) an infrastructure and selecting compatible hardware, you’re ready for implementation. This can be a time-consuming process for any IT department. It involves configuring hardware, software licenses, compatibility testing, troubleshooting, training, management and more.  

    Let Ryzex handle oversee your deployment needs. We offer a broad range of service covering every aspect of deployment. They are:

    HELPDESK SUPPORT

    The Ryzex Technical Support Department is highly trained experienced, and certified on all the major hardware devices. Our expertise covers: 

    • Windows Mobile and CE across brands such as (Intermec, Motorola, Psion, Honeywell, Datalogic)
    • Printing technology and programming language (Zebra, Datamax-O'Neil, Intermec, Sato)
    • Smartphone management (iOS, RIM and Android)
    • Application support with our Premier ISV partners
    • Leveraging MDM remote software tools

    We do not outsource our tech support, our team is right here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Live personnel are available Monday through Friday, from 6:00AM to 5:00PM.  When problems can’t be resolved over the phone, they have the ability to log in remotely, to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.

    STAGING / PROVISIONING

    All devices shipped by Ryzex Staging Services arrive at your sites fully configured, loaded, and licensed with software. They are ready to hook up and use immediately. If necessary, we can configure a lock-down screen to ensure only authorized users have access.

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    As a fully-engaged solutions partner, Ryzex will assign a designated project manager to initiate the project plan, timeline, and key milestones. Your project manager will serve as the key point of contact with Ryzex for all your project needs from start to finish.

    BASIC TRAINING

    Proper training will help you get the most out of your equipment while minimizing operator error. With both standard and customized training guides, we can help you find an affordable solution. We also offer training sessions for internal trainers tasked with teaching their employees how to utilize new technology. These take place either at our headquarters or on-site at your location.

    MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT

    Managing mobile units across multiple locations with several end users requires careful attention. At Ryzex, we’ve developed relationships with all major mobile device manufacturers. We offer OEM solutions from all major OEMs. When properly managed, your mobile devices work well together, service calls will be reduced, and recurring processes will be able to operate more efficiently.


    Uptime Support


    ADVANCED EXCHANGE

    Ryzex Advanced Exchange service minimizes the disruption caused to your operations when a device needs to be repaired. As soon as a repair request has been received, Ryzex will send out a working device to be in your hands within one business day.  Your replacement unit will arrive staged and ready for use.

    LOGISTICAL SUPPORT

    We understand that many of our customers have multi-OEM estates.  Although using multiple OEM’s can get you best of breed functionality, it also creates quite a bit of work to manage by your end users.  Using Ryzex as your repair logistics one stop shop, we can take the hassle out of vendor management.

    POWER MANAGEMENT

    On the basis that a single failing battery can cost you or your customer’s business $1000’s annually, Ryzex has put together several comprehensive and flexible service solutions to help identify and remove these failing batteries from operational use and improve the Return on Investment for your mobility device equipment.

    PROTECTION PLUS

    Ryzex Protection Plus maximizes your uptime and is available in Advanced and Complete packages.

    Coverage includes damage from defects, failures, wear and tear, and accidental damage. Each level has defined options and turnaround times, some as fast as same-day replacement. With the Staging option, you can have those replacement devices working right out of the box. Ryzex in-house technical support provides telephone troubleshooting and optional Mobile Device Management, which may be able to resolve the issue without even sending the device in for repair.

    ONLINE PORTAL

    Ryzex has developed a customer portal that makes doing online business with us fast and simple. The online portal offers robust capabilities for your product or repair needs. Our portal provides insight into your company’s business with Ryzex and turns the data into valuable information, useful for making critical decisions.

    Financial Services


    An increasing number of customers are taking to Ryzex about offering alternative funding options such as leasing and or renting of technology. It can often be a great way to pair up the return on investment with the monthly payments that need to be made.

    LEASING: THE BENEFITS

    Leasing keeps your equipment up-to-date. Computers and other tech equipment eventually become obsolete. With a lease, you pass the financial burden of obsolescence to the equipment leasing company. For example, let's say you have a two-year lease on a Mobile computer. After that lease expires, you're free to lease whatever equipment is newer, faster and cheaper. In fact, 65 percent of respondents to a 2005 Equipment Leasing Association survey said the ability to have the latest equipment was leasing's number-one perceived benefit.

    You'll have predictable monthly expenses. With a lease, you have a pre-determined monthly line item, which can help you budget more effectively. Thirty-five percent of respondents to the Equipment Leasing Association's survey said this was leasing's second-highest benefit.

    You pay nothing up front. Many small businesses struggle with cash flow and must keep their coffers as full as possible. Because leases rarely require a down payment, you can acquire new equipment without tapping much-needed funds.

    You're able to more easily keep up with your competitors. Leasing can enable your small business to acquire sophisticated technology, such as a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) phone system, that might be otherwise unaffordable. The result: You're better able to keep up with your larger competitors without draining your financial resources.

    BUYING: THE DOWNSIDE

    The initial outlay for needed equipment may be too much. Your business may have to tie up lines of credit or cough up a hefty sum to acquire the equipment it needs. Those lines of credit and funds could be used elsewhere for marketing, advertising or other functions that can help grow your business.

    Eventually, you're stuck with outdated equipment. As I mentioned earlier, computer technology becomes outdated quickly. A growing small business may need to refresh its technology in some areas every 18 months. That means you're eventually stuck with outdated equipment that you must donate, sell or recycle.
